AI Integrations: How to Connect Your Apps and Automate Tasks

Discover how Zapia's connectors bring your apps, information, and tasks together into a smarter workflow.

The Real Power of AI Is in Integrations

Artificial intelligence can answer questions and create content. But its real potential appears when it can connect with the tools you already use.

Your daily routine is spread across emails, calendars, files, tasks, and messages. Constantly switching between so many platforms takes time and can cause important information to get lost along the way.

That's where integrations come in.

In Zapia, integrations work through connectors, which create a bridge between the assistant and other apps. With the permissions you authorize, Zapia can access information and help you complete tasks without requiring you to switch between multiple platforms.

What Are Zapia Connectors?

Connectors allow you to connect Zapia with the apps that are part of your daily routine.

Each service is connected separately, and you choose exactly which tools you want to integrate. You can also review or remove permissions whenever you want.

Which Connectors Are Available?

You can connect Zapia to:

⇒ Gmail: access and organization of emails.

⇒ Google Calendar: access to and management of your schedule.

⇒ Google Drive: access to files, documents, and spreadsheets, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.

⇒ Google Tasks: task creation and tracking.

⇒ Outlook: access to Microsoft email.

⇒ Slack: reading and interacting with channels and messages.

⇒ WhatsApp: connecting your account through the pairing system used by WhatsApp Web.

⇒ Google Tasks: Create, organize, and complete tasks.

⇒ Notion: Search, read, and update your pages and databases.

Can't find the tool you use? You can also request integrations with other services.

How to Connect a Service

Open Zapia. Go to the side menu. Tap Connectors. Choose the app you want to connect. Follow the authorization instructions.

After confirmation, the service will appear as connected.

Some apps use Google or Microsoft authorization. WhatsApp, on the other hand, uses a pairing code.

Less App Switching, More Connected Work

The goal of connectors is to reduce the constant back and forth between apps.

Instead of opening different platforms to find information, check your schedule, locate files, or keep track of tasks, you can ask Zapia for help working with the services you've already connected.

The more your everyday tools work together, the less time you lose switching between them.

The real power of AI is in connecting with your routine.

Connect Your Apps and Work in a More Integrated Way

With connectors, Zapia can work alongside the apps you already use, helping you organize information and complete tasks in a more integrated way.

You choose what to connect, authorize access, and stay in control of your permissions.

You no longer have to do it all yourself. You just have to ask.
