Questions about the plans
You manage it in the app, under the profile menu in the Subscription section. Cancellation happens in the store where you bought it. On iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Zapia.
Card, which is the method shown in the app. Payment by PIX or bank transfer isn’t available yet, and neither is paying from the web.
Yes. If the trial ends and you haven’t cancelled, it becomes a paid subscription. The trial is one-time only — it doesn’t restart if you switch plans or if you cancel and subscribe again.
Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn’t automatically refund the current period. You keep access until that period ends. Refunds are requested from the platform where you bought.
No. Ultra is the highest plan for now, and there are no plans in between the three.
