Mundial Zapia: show your best use case and compete for up to USD $10,000 in prizes

The World Cup is over. But we're just getting started.

The World Cup is over. But we're just getting started.

If you miss the adrenaline of the knockout rounds, the 1 vs. 1 matchups and the thrill of watching who advances — we've got good news. We're launching Mundial Zapia: a tournament to find the best real-life Zapia use case, with USD $10,000 in prizes up for grabs.

Yeah, for real.

Where did this idea come from?

We've spent a long time watching our community use Zapia in ways we never imagined.

Some people automated every response in their business. Others manage their entire family's routine from a single chat. There are people who turned Zapia into their personal wellness coach, who use it to study, to create content, to run their business, to plan trips.

The problem? Most of those incredible use cases… just stay quiet.

And that felt like a waste. For them, because they deserve recognition. And for the rest of the community, who could be inspired.

That's why we created Mundial Zapia.

How does the tournament work?

First phase — Selection

From now until Sunday, August 9th at 11:59 PM (UTC-3), anyone can submit their video to participate.

The Zapia team will review all videos and select the 32 best — 16 in Spanish and 16 in Portuguese. We'll be evaluating creativity, originality, clarity and relevance of the use case.

Knockout phase

Once the 32 are chosen, the fun begins.

Each bracket plays its own elimination tournament:

Round of 16 → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final

Every matchup is 1 vs. 1, voted on by the community in the official Zapia Instagram stories. The two champions — one from each language — face off in the grand final, where votes from both accounts are combined.

The knockout phase starts Monday, August 10th and ends Friday, August 26th.

How to participate?

It's simple:
1. Record a video of up to 90 seconds showing or explaining a real Zapia use case
2. Post it as a Reel on Instagram or a video on TikTok, from a public account
3. Use the hashtag #MundialZapia
4. Tag @zapia_ai (or @zapiabrasil if you speak Portuguese)
5. Follow the official Zapia account in your language

You can submit as many videos as you want. Each video is an independent entry — more videos, more chances to qualify.

What can you win?

Main prizes
🥇 1st place — USD $4,000
🥈 2nd place — USD $2,000
🥉 3rd place — USD $1,000
🏅 4th place — USD $500

Special awards

On top of the top four, there's $2,500 more in special awards to recognize different kinds of talent:

Top Scorer — most videos submitted → $500
👟 Best Assist — the video with most views in the first phase → $500
🎖️ Golden Ball — the best use case, chosen by the Zapia team → $500
💡 Revelation — the most unexpected use case → $500
🌟 Rising Star — the use case with the most potential → $500

For all participants

The 32 finalists get 3 months of Zapia Pro for free

Everyone who fills out the form submitting their video in high quality gets 1 month of Zapia Pro for free
— just for participating ⇓

What kind of video works?

You don't need to be a filmmaker. It can be as simple as turning on the camera and talking, or as elaborate as you want — with editing, effects, screen recordings, whatever. Effort is valued, but it's not required.

Some tips:
→ Add subtitles — a lot of people watch without sound
→ Film vertically (9:16)
→ Keep it under 90 seconds — shorter means more attention
→ You can use AI to produce the content
→ Don't explicitly mention the competition

Who can participate?

Anyone over 18 who uses Zapia and wants to show their use case. Content can be in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

Zapia employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Ready to go

If you have a great use case, if you miss the World Cup, or if you just want to earn some cash by sharing something useful with the world — this is your moment.

You have until Sunday, August 9th. The clock is ticking.

All details, terms and conditions (don't be lazy — read it all, there's a lot of important info in there).
